Bio

Zoya Bylinskii (MIT EECS PhD class of 2018) first joined Adobe Research as a Research Scientist working on problems in applied perception (e.g., saliency, memorability, readability). In 2022, Zoya moved from Adobe Research to Adobe Firefly to lead a team to develop evaluation systems for Adobe’s suite of generative models. Zoya’s academic background is interdisciplinary, having worked on and published in the fields of computer vision, visualization, HCI, and cognitive science. Today, Zoya works on evaluating the quality, harm, and bias of multimodal gen AI models.
